We had a perfect holiday in London. We came here to improve our english and to meet international people. We did a lot of sightseeing and we had a lot of fun. Our accommodation was very central.It was located in a walking distance from Oxford Street, an amazing street full of all kind of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in London also because studios-london gave us a perfect and tidy accommodation. They arranged our airport transfer from London Heathrow directly to the flat and the staff was really friendly and always there to help us with our questions!Real professionals.

Chef in London

I came to London to work as chef in a Spanish tapas restaurant. I had a lot of fun during my stay in London and I had a pretty good time, I've really enjoyed myself and this amazing and huge city. I met a lot of people and we went out a lot. The nightlife was amazing. Studios-london gave me a perfect studio flat were I had all the facilities I needed. My accommodation was in Manor House in zone 2 only 15 minutes from Central London. The flat was clean and the staff was very helpful. I also used some of the service, they did the laundry for me and because I arrived in London late at night I had ordered food for my arrival day. The services are really flexible and not to worry about washing and cleaning made my life much easier! Especially because I was working a lot and often late hours. I want to come back to London next summer with some friends and I hope we can get the same apartments again because they were really nice!

University Exchange in London

When I first got accepted for an exchange program for half a year at a university in London, I didn't know where to start organizing! London is such a big city and one of my first concerns was of course to find a room. Then I found the Studios-London website on Google and decided to rent one of their rooms in a flat share. It was really easy! I spoke to someone on the phone first to get some advice and more details about the flat and then I did the booking within a few minutes online.

I had a great half a year in London. Studying at an English university was a challenge but I can only recommend it. I met so many interesting people from all over the world at university but also in my flatshare. When I Look back I'm glad I chose that kind of accomodation. It made me feel like home really quickly and it was nice to have someone to share your day with when you come home.

It can be really difficult to find a room in a university accomodation because there are not enough room for everyone. Especially if you are only there for one semester you still have to pay for the whole term in Lodnon and most of the time, the rooms in Halls of Residences are not even very nice. I would always recommend to compare prices and location with external accomodation as well to make sure you find the best deal.

I was very happy with my flat and the experience I made during my exchange program in London and I would definitely do it again. It was nice to know that when I had a question,especially during my first days in London, I could always ring someone from Studios-London and they were there to help me.

Internship in London

After having completed the first year of the Master in Marketing, in Portugal, I have decided to do an internship in London during my vacation. Thus, I felt the need to improve my level of English and, secondly, contact with an organizational culture quite different as the British, more rigid and disciplined, would certainly enable me to develop new knowledges and methods of work very useful for my future career.

However, the fact that out of my country for three months was for me a completely new experience, but excited, never had the opportunity to exchange programme during my years at university, I had some fears and insecurities normal for a person have always lived with their parents.

In this sense, I having been accepted on the internship, my first concern was to find an accommodation in London. To be honest, I was alarmed at this, the location, safety, comfort, hygiene and accessibility in London were very important issues to consider when to seek an accommodation, especially in London, where diversity and quantity of accommodations proliferate.
